Pachamama Boutique was a curated retail concept located within the Pachamama Boutique Hotel in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, now known as Tribu.

I developed the store’s concept, interior, product curation, and visual experience, overseeing everything from purchasing and supplier relationships to inventory and day-to-day operations. Inspired by travel and the distinctive character of Todos Santos, the boutique was designed as an intimate collection of objects, fashion, and treasures that reflected a sense of discovery and place.
